I'm on record saying I had doubts about this Duke team.No size down low that can really do anything.The Plumlees are stiffs.All of them.Wasting roster spots on them is a dumb idea.When you depend on a freshman to be your toughest go to guy you are usually fucked.Fuck Stef Currys brother.There is a reason he transferred from Liberty University.
I did get a chance to watch the documentary "Duke 91'\92' Back to Back" on Friday.Fucking awesome.The credits at the end are basically a big fuck you to the Michigan Fab 5 documentary.They show Jimmy King calling Hurley an average player and they ask Bobby about it after they blew Michigan out in the finals where he scored 27 and he say's "I guess I'm an average player with back to back titles".

Tough loss for Duke...
Its obvious that they don't have that dominant player they need. Agent zero wasn't the answer all by his lonesome. Hopefully they have some help coming in.

Bill Self out coached Roy "Deputy Dog" Williams.It wasnt a huge feat since some white kid who looked like he couldnt play division 1 lacrosse was running the point for Carlolina but it did happen.
It looks like another Bill Self vs Calipari final.I hope Pitino takes Cal out just for pure comedy reasons but its doubtful.Kentucky looks like an NBA team.Very long and fast.

What?Who drafts a guy in the lottery to back up a barely above average player?I'd almost call him Cherokee Parks 2.0 but that would be an insult to Parks.

Rodney Hood will transfer from Mississippi State to Duke, sources confirmed to The Fayetteville Observer late Saturday night. The Blue Devils and Ohio State were his two finalists.
Hood, a 6-foot-8, 204-pound wing who is left-handed, played one season at Mississippi State, averaging 10.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists as a freshman. A member of the SEC all-freshman team, he shot 44 percent from the field, including 36 percent from 3-point range, and was slowed by a bone bruise in his left knee late in the season.
He'll be eligible to play in 2013-14 after sitting out next season per NCAA transfer rules.
"I feel like Coach (Mike Krzyzewski) and the staff can get the most out of me as a player and academically," Hood told ESPN senior national recruiting analyst Dave Telep. "I liked the teammates and felt like we have a good chance to compete for a championship."
Hood would have been the only returning starter for the Bulldogs in 2012-13, but he announced that he was transferring after the school parted ways with coach Rick Stansbury and hired Rick Ray. Hood was ranked the No. 31 prospect in the prep class of 2011 by ESPN.com, and he initially picked the Bulldogs over Louisville and Florida State.
