I've orderd my MIL and my mom an edible arrangement. We will be dropping them off and visiting Friday. We will be eating lunch with her mom (boiled crawfish and beer). I've got my wife a card from the kids and I will be cooking for her sunday. Menu looks to be Backstrap Explosion and Seafood Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms.
I'm going to try and post pics on the front page for Da Boss.

What a good son!
I have no plans, I'm not close to my mom. This will be my 2nd Mother's Day though, maybe FJ has something planned, maybe not. We'll see Sunday. Sleeping past 5:30 am would be the gift that keeps on giving here.

Yeah, sleep would be nice. I don't know what we're doing. This is my step-son's first mother's day since his mom died so I think we're going to try to keep it kind of low key. I will be stopping by my mom's for a bit though and will call my MIL.

I always let the spouser sleep in. I'm a morning person... she isn't. 8 is up at 6 or 6:30 with the kids.. .the spouser anywhere from 8:30 to 10.....
Usually cook breakfast but I think i'll take the kids to the donut shop and keep the house quiet.

Haha, post the pix!! Can't wait to see em! Pretty cool he has so much fun at the shows. You know what would be REALLY cool? If you got him a program (if they have them there) and got the wrestlers to sign it. To little kids, that stuff is pure $$. Plus it makes the wrestlers days to have interaction like that with the fans. Up here we always do Polaroids. $5 to get a Polaroid with one of the wrestlers. Those are fun too if he's developing favourites.
So I'm gonna go ahead and ask what I think the whole board is wondering... can me and Bam get invites to the water slide/cotton candy party? Srsly.

My mom lives too far away to visit. I'm not sure if I want to go to my favorite Mexican restaurant or not.

I'm going down to the Kennsington Avenue corridore and hunt for my mom on Sunday morning. She usually likes to work the men that don't go to church with their families and want to kill an hour having their balls drained before the rush at Luby's. If I can find her, I will probably force her into the car with the promise of a $20 or a pack of newports and then take her back to my place for a bath and a shave. Then I will make her eat something and give her the traditional bottle of MD2020 and drop her back off in time to catch the afternoon rush of guys whose wives take Sunday naps while they go to "home depot" to walk around.

Taking my mom out on saturday and playing soccer all day sunday. No idea what teh wife is planning. I guess I should get her something as well...fuck.
! Just thought... I may bring my mom some dounuts Sunday if we do goto the donut shop.
. I will take plenty of pics of that though. Funny I'm doing all the work for my own birthday party... but the kids will absolutely love it.
