A company we deal with on the west coast has engineers based out in delaware for the cheaper wages.House value in no where delaware is a quarter what it is out there.They have engineers in mexico that I saw when I toured the factory that make probably half what the delaware guys make.

Cost of living is a big reason.We're getting forecasts that shit won't be rolling like they were 5 years ago until 2014.Thats residential and commercial.I think its a little optimistic but they pay big bucks for the research.

Only two of those can be considered private work where a bank is lending money rather then the government ponying up the cash.Thats not a great sign.At least a thousand union guys are on the bench in philly.

Different arena's.Government money is carrying you.How long will that last if real business doesnt pick up.Morgan Stanley pulled their support for a casino in AC that they already spent a few hundred mil to get the steel up and at this point shutter it because business is so bad.Major block of AC, Casino's all around and they just want to walk away.I still think we have a few more years left of a sub par business.
