Not that he needs my help, but I think what he brings to the table is consistency. He's been here for a long time, non-stop. Bird is the biggest stable on this site, and he posts (starting threads or not) stuff that is more worth reading and engaging than what a lot of people who don't use punctuation and start new lines for no reason do.
