if I don't want someone calling my home, I don't give them my home number. that kinda means never use your home phone to call them either.

One afternoon/evening sassylassy and I were chatting, then it went to a phone call. She rudely just shut her computer off, and was in the middle of chatting with Paddy in IM. He called her instantly since she didn't say goodbye to see if she was ok. He's so thoughtful. Except he called from home. Whooops.
