Here's my F.F. Lineup...
QB Marc Bulger
RB Larry Johnson
RB Jamal Lewis
RB/WR Chris Chambers
WR Marvin Harrison
WR Javon Walker
TE Dallas Clark
D/ST Chicago Bears
K Jeff Wilkens
First off, tell me how money I am picking this team out of the 4th spot.
Second, 10 minutes after the draft a Chiefs fan made me a trade offer I'm having a hard time refusing. Larry Johnson in exchange for Willie Parker and Roy Williams. There are two things holding me back. First, that would leave me with Willie and Jamal Lewis as my starting backs. Kind of scary. Second, with Roy Williams on my team I would have 3 WR with week 6 byes. Not a huge deal, but something to consider...
THoughts? I'd like to pull this off prior to week one if possible.
Thanks.
Yours in Khrist,
Clay

What fucking idiots let LJ go #4?
Side note: I got ARod @ #8 in a league filled with idiot Red Sox fans.

Got me. LT, Stephen Jackson, and Gore were the first 3 picks.
Do I pull that trade? Logic says no. Gut says Chiefs line won't help LJ like in years past.

Gore?Thats nuts.
I'd stay with LJ.Guaranteed a stud.I think the other guy is getting the more solid deal and you'd be giving up to much stability.
Your team looks decent. What was the logic behind gore at #3?

The guy was a Fins fan. Most of the guys can't put their hatred of the Chiefs aside and pick the best player available.
My thinking is I'd be solid at WR, but without a top tier back. Parker is a top 10 RB, but he just isn't capable of putting up huge numbers every week, especially since the Chiefs have nothing but LJ.
I've got a bunch of these guys who hate the Chiefs saying they'd dump him in my position. Thats got me thinking it over. It could work out really well, or really fuck my season up.

Why does everyone hate him?Because of the contract thing? That sounds like local bullshit.I bet less than 1% of drafts this year had Gore going ahead of LJ.
I don't think your receivers would be locks enough for that deal to be worth it.

Local Bullshit. They just don't like the Chiefs, or the Chiefs fans around here. Pretty stupid...the guy deserved the money. Herm will probably cut 3 to 4 years off his career as much as he gets the ball...which is great for FF. Chiefs line just got a bit weaker and thats what scares me.
Every draft I've seen has Alexander at 4 and Gore at 5.

The only good thing about the #1 pick is LT after that you're fucked if the league is big enough.
10 man league. I picked 4th...which was probably the best spot. I was able to grab Marvelous Marvin at the two spot. Then I watched a bunch of fucks with their pre-draft sheets pick over Marc Bulger.

He had them by the balls, they had to pay him.I understand why people don't like him, he's got the reputation of an asshole.
I wouldnt mind Parker to much, he's going to get his numbers.Williams is what scares me.I know he's good but I have no confidence in the Lions at all.
They interviewed him on the sidelines after he signed his deal. Very respectful, said "yes sir, no sir" to the interviewer. I like the guy. He wanted money, deserved the money...now he's got it. Congrats to him. Being a Chiefs fan is almost as bad as being a Lions fan...
Roy splitting catches with Calvin Johnson might be questionable. Fact is, Kitna is still the guy throwing them passes...I'd dont' give a fuck who their O-Coordinator is, the franchise is hopeless.

props to birdboy
people care what he thinks
haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahaha
I realise that I have a past to break with--an accumulation of inertia, wrong, foolishness, rot, junk. A great need of clarification, of mindfulness, or rather, of no mind. A need to return to genuine practice, right effort. Need to push on the great doubt. Need for the spirit. Hang on to the clear light.
