We have had about 1" of snow. All Schools are shut down. Most major freeways are closed. They say we could get an inch more snow today. Stay tuned.

Don't be angry. If the ruckus when you have 1 inch of snow 2point 5 cm is, then I'll be very surprised.Colloquial expression. Why do you hope for that Lee does not see that

Who said I had to make sense ?

Starting Friday, we're supposed to get snow every other day for the next week. I'm just glad we didn't get ice this weekend. It was just snow. They don't close the schools here unless there's at least 6 inches of snow. Our high today is 35º. Where in TX are you?

:loool: Americans Wink

My fave was when they cancelled the hockey game in Denver because of snow. Huh I don't know if you know what hockey is, but it's fucking played in the cold, usually outside where there is SNOW! Hockey would never be cancelled in Canada because of snow. I think it's against our national sportsmanship policy.

Fort Worth. They are saying we could get 1 more inch of snow in the next few days before this is over. I hope we have enough food in the house to get through it.

This is almost as funny as people crashing as soon as it starts raining in Phoenix

6" of snow would not close school in PA.

Perhaps I'm just expressing my own concern about it.

I really don't know what does. The schools in the city I work in close faster than the town I live in. I know when I was younger, we had over 12 inches and they didn't close, but i think they close sooner now.

Probably depends on how ready they were for it.We got hit with 18" when I was in grade school but they new it was coming so I think we only got a day off. That was bullshit.

Chicago Public Schools haven't had a snow day in 10 years.

We were ready for it a few days ago when the ice came through, but they used up all the sand for the bridges on that. Now we are just fucked. I think Rick Perry may declare this a national emergency.
