Actually, I could use a superintendent over my excavation/stabilization crews. I have one now, but as good as he is, he causes about as many problems. You'd need to know about street excavation, pulverization, lime and cement stabilization, flexible base, testing, and have a working knowledge of equipment repair and parts. This superintendent is in charge of all of our trucks, shop, mechanics, welders, and equipment repair.
