Scraps of meat scraped off the slaughterhouse floor and formed into a loaf does sound good.

It's the fact that they boil the head, insert the brains, eyes, etc... in it that freak me out about scrapple.

their chili is bomb, but most teh beef is patties from the ground or overcooked on the grill. i still eat that shit.
