What happend, did you get financially screwed? If the house has structural problems, aren't you in construction? You'd have seen them, right?

1. Ray does not get financially screwed (anymore).

2. Ray is not "in construction", Ray is a watershape artisan.

3. Mostly, she just left the place a shitty mess and lived like a pig for the entire 5 years she owned the crib. This was not readily obvious to us, although we'd had dinner over there several times and the place looked tidy. I guess she's the kind of gal who's always on top of the laundry and dishes, but who never ever ever moves furniture to vacuum or mop. Who'da thunk?
She also failed to disclose some blatantly obvious issues, but I failed to have it inspected because I...well...I just did. I guess I just have higher standards than she does, so when I asked, "is there anything wrong with the house?", she didn't think that certain things had any element of wrongness to them.
