I was gonna try Napster, since it's pretty much unlimited for a fee.
Itunes is another pay site.

Napster is unlimited, but the songs become de-authorized after a month unless you renew the subscription.

You can try Kazaa Lite Resurrection, that doesn't have spyware. Just make sure you don't share the songs and the RIAA shouldn't fuck with you.
