In the end, if places didn't ban, then it would take some of the steam out of the enjoyment of some people. You make it clear you don't like CF, so I don't buy it that anyone really cares too much about not being able to post there. It's a great way to start some bitching, some drama, some muscle-flexing. In that way, CF plays exactly into what some people want.
It's just frankly not important to me enough to cry about it. I enjoy Clay's posts as I enjoy many other people who post here, and I do like the idea that we can say what we want and not worry about it here. So that's why I hang around.
Cf is obviously slightly different and I couldn't really care less about the whining that it's not fair and its censorship. It's the internet. It's for fun. When it's not fun for you anymore, go try something new.

I never said I was too busy. I said I didn't have the desire to expel the energy. The internet is for my fun and enjoyment. So yes, if it doesn't greatly affect me and my daily life I don't give a fuck. If CJ asked me if I'd like Clay back, I'd tell him yes.
I enjoy the drama, as do you, and just play my part in ensuring it doesn't stay dormant for too long.
