One of the best dishes I have made is Penne in Cream sauce with Sausage

From the kitchen of: Richard and Giovanna Preparation time:
Number of servings: 6

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter with oil in heavy skillet over med-high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until golden brown and tender, about 7 min. Add sausage and saute until golden brown and cooked completly, breaking large peices with the back of spoon. Drain any excess dripping from skillet. Add wine to skillet and boil until almost all liquid evaporates about 2 min. Add tomatoes with the juices and simmer about 3 min. Add cream and simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 min. Stir in 2 tbls parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Can be made one day ahead.
Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain pasta then transfer to a large bowl.
Bring sauce to simmer. Pour over pasta, mix. Add 3/4 cup of cheese and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and 1 tbls of parsley.

Want the INGREDIENTS let me know.

She is 100% Italian she knows pasta.

I am trying to see things from your perspective....But I can't get my head that far up my ass!
