You must have gotten 2 lb like me. Don't worry you won't regret it. It is the best I have ever eaten. You are in for quite a treat. Their spiral cut hams are the shit as well. They are really expensive. However, we got one last Thanksgiving and there wasn't nothing left of it but a bone and some fond memories when it was all over.
