A little anectdote on this matter ...

My ISP was this morning overrun by 25 govenrnment officials and coputer geeks ...
They had the Swedish version of RIAA with them as well and the commanded all ftp logs and IP access lists to some certain servers hosted there ..

We are still up so .... Wink

Well I will get back to you in this matter ...

Yes we do ... on movies.... not on copyrighted texts and songs .... and in the states you can't host links to (torrents) that's NOT under the law yet in sweden...

Well aparently it's illegeal to HOST the files ... Not to "gather" the links (torrents) ... Wink And when you have +300 DVD rips on you're in for little trouble I guess ... and don't delete transfer logs ... Confused

note to self, delete transfer logs every 5 min if running ftp site.
