I think it should be legal. Let the gov tax it and set some laws like amsterdam. For example.(some of amsterdam's laws.)
Can't be smoked out in public but it can be smoked in weed bars.(they have menu's and shit) It's illegal to grow it. And you are allowed to have up to a ounce of weed on you at any time. Anything over that gets you a fine or even arrested..
My opinion it's safer then weed. You can drive stoned, but you have a hell of a time driving drunk. You hear about all these drunk driving accidents but you never hear of someone stoned on weed killing somebody! I don't smoke anymore but I'm all for it. It's really not that bad at all. Yes it makes you dumn at times but it's fun!
