So, as most know they are one of the hottest teams in baseball right now (and I mean right now, because history shows it never lasts).

Well, you probably all know that they have been bleeding money for a few years and their owner, Tom Hicks, has been reorganizing all his shit for years now trying to stay afloat. Anyway, he's been trying to sell the team for a few years now, and finally had to declare the Rangers bankrupt to hold off the creditors before he could get the team sold.

So, he has this deal to sell to Nolan Ryan and some rich guys, but they can't agree to the terms (meaning they probably can't make a deal with the creditors that Hicks owes a bunch of $$ to). So this has just been dragging out and dragging out.

Well the other day, Mark Cuban, makes a new offer to buy them. Holy shit! The shit hits the fan around here. Nolan is a little pissed. I think Cuban might be fucking up his sweet deal.

So what does Nolan do? He sues himself. To get a judge to order that no more "bids" can be accepted to buy the team.

I think the lawsuit is titled "Nolan Ryan v Nolan Ryan".
