What we've done is accepted all help that would work.Rejected help that wouldnt have worked.Take the French for example.The "help" they offered would have done more damage then good to the environment because of a chemical they use to disperse oil.Is it closed minded to reject that "help" then?Hell no it would have made the situation worse.Doesnt that make sense?

I've got a retarded neighbor that saw me changing a flat and offered to help.I said no.If he was a mechanic and not retarded I would have said yes.Is it a real leap to understand why?
