I agree. I think that all of this easy credit shit should be done away with. I have always been a big advocate that you don't buy a house until you can put 20% down and get a 30 year fixed rate mortage. You don't use credit cards unless you keep them paid off month to month. You don't buy a car unless you can get (and afford) a 36 or 48 month loan. You don't take out home equity loans unless it is an absolute emergency. You don't buy warranties on every electronic device or appliance that you buy.

All of these things that people have been tricked into doing these past few years is bullshit and it has finally caught up with everyone.

Exactly but don't forget the group of people that get pissed off at their boss and say fuck you I can do it better.
