you see being rich doesn't entitle you automatically a brain.
on another hand your idea of personal assistants is a rich idea I feel that there's something to do with this kind of "personal assistant" for rich people.
I have in mind a service that you could call to get an assistant for a trip, lunch, business meeting (!) just to help you (papers, cathering, and so on).
I mean if people are ready to pay 5k/hour just for sex...
