Its funny as hell the way people spin shit to make it political. The fact is that Clinton couldn't get NK to sign the deal. Bush finally did. Now they are spinning it to try to make Bush look bad.

Anyone that thinks that NK did anything other than what was totally expected of them, hasn't been following the way they do things. Its the same thing everytime. They stir up some shit, get some sanctions, then when they need money, they make a deal. Its been happening t hat way with them for years. Bush knows it. And Clinton knew it. Clinton couldn't get them to sign that deal, until they had stirred up enough shit to get some cash out of the deal. None of this is suprising.
