We are giving them millions of dollars worth of aid to sign it after they got the leverage by doubling their capabilites and testing that nuke.I wouldnt call that making them.

Bottom line is if we had gone with the Clinton proposal from the outset instead of cowboy diplomacy North Korea would have half the nukes they have now along with the fact that they never would have tested the ones they did have.Seriously explain to me how going this route benefited America compared to doing this deal 6 years ago?

The fact of the matter is that Bush got it done, when Clinton didn't. I guess they signed it because they realize now that we aren't fucking around. They didn't want to be on our list anymore.
