They say the average person uses about 70 gallons of water. Say Jack and his family are above average and use 150 gallons of water a day per person. That would be over 32 people using water in that house ever day. Flushing, showering, brushing teeth, shaving, washing clothes, etc.

Impossible. Dude has a water leak or broken meter.
