yeah, sorry 'bout that...I was all excited because my coffee had just finished brewing. Starbucks French Roast FTW!

I'm not here to bash any nationality but so far here's the best coffees I've ever had :

1. Brasilian coffee. the best one I ever had. strong taste no bitterness.
2. Italian coffee, an excellent balance between taste an bitternness (btw don't misunderstand me I like the bitterness)

There are no #3 as most of the coffees falls into that category "nice but not leaving a memorable souvenir"

and btw I shall say that the two things to avoid :

1. decaf. (if you don't want caffeine don't drink coffee it's easy)
2. instant coffee, even if in some exceptionnal conditions that could be useful it got absolutely no relevance to coffee. it's supposed to be looking like coffee but as much as your car looks like a racing car.
