You use to be able to keep them in one building... they use to call it a 'Star Trek Convention'... but back them trekkies had to stay 'in the closet'... working at partical accellerator labrotories, designing super-computers, working on Ronald Reagan's Star War missile system, running NASA and launching Shuttles into space, keeping their pens neatly in their pocket protectors in their left breast pocket...



...NOW they come right out in public in their magenta/black matching uniforms with their Vulcan ears. They protest with tricorders down San Francisco streets. The mayor saw them waving phasers and caved right in, declaring that the "City couldn't take much more, Captain!!"



What really shocked me was the Rosie O'Donald was really a Trekker as she went through the Star Trek cerimony on the San Francisco City Hall Steps!!!



I think there should be a constitutional amendment preventing them from marrying... we can't have multiple generations of Trekkies, can we????!!!? :| :| :| :|

I liked "Next Generation" and this new one isn't too bad, although I never seem to be around to watch it. I can't say I've ever dressed the part nor congregated with others who do at any organized event. B)
