you have housekeeping....2+ bedrooms? but then again...that many months...security deposit etc. $4k isn't that far fetched, New York would be more.... ...hope it's nice and a good move for you...

I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.

yeah half rent + administratives taxes : 560 usd
3 month of rent : 3x1500 = 3,140 usd (I openned a new bank account this money is blocked on it to deblock it needs both signatures of the renter and me...it will stays there until I leave the flat)
insurances : around 250 usd

Yeah life's expensive here...luckily I finished paying my last year taxes last month and military stuff too (bastards take me 3% of my yearly gross income counted on the amount of the direct federal tax).

I feel all poor, luckily I've got a 13th salary :d :d

It's less than half that much to live in Georgia. Why don't you buy a house and not rent if you can afford 4k? That would be a good sized-house down hea in da souf.

I could afford more, I don't have any gf and basically my only outcomes are drinking stuff and a new computer from time to time.

But I don't really look forward money. and err before living in Georgia I need a job, and I would rather go living in some big city like ny or chicago...

dang here to buy a house it's minimum a question of million (yeah). usable land is rare in Switzerland and all expensive.

What's cool in Georgia ?

well it's quite an honest price around here, and the flat is huge...I visited a flat that was almost the same price but who was almost 1/3 of the size of this one...not to mention the great view on a wall (sup at least you don't need curtains there).

We have a housing shortage in my town, a really bad housing shortage...I mean we are close to 0% of free flats. It's a war to get a flat out there...for every flat there are a least 30-40 people. And the whole prices skyrocketed.

Wowo Switzerland, I want to live there or Ireland. Ny or Chicago is too populated for me. Georgia has a lot of land, lots of trees, and lots of big titty, big ass (from the southern cooking) women that wear skimpy tank tops when it's hot and humid. Plus I get to see deer and stuff. Main thing, GOOD food. mmm grits and bacon and mashed pataters and corn on the cobb.

I personally like cities. If I don't have my daily dose of toxins I feel bad...fresh air...who needs ?

Mmh ok so from what I see is that in Georgia there a lot of forest in which you could meet deers and incredibly fat people wearing tank tops (so you don't think you just met some kind of sick bear).

Anyhow.

Not neccesarily. Ok, majority of people here are fat fucks, but then you have the skinny girls with the huge asses. (thats from the southern food) But once you live in a place with lots of space, it's hard to adjust and I guess vice versa. I haven't seen a bear, but I do see cows and horses.
