i keep getting this every other time i refresh the board or try to ad a reply am i the only one that has this problem? its getting really annoying

I have gotten the same message...are you currently using the new AOL for broadband? I just hit the refresh button when I get that message and it goes to the page I was trying to get to. I don't know what the problem is, but I think it is with the ISP (internet service provider) because I get the same message on other sites as well.

I can't say I've encountered that problem. The only probelm I have is the flood control message.
