I got sent an email from teh company about promotional offers, and it listed my customer ID, and then I used that to get my password, and now I can finish messing with my site!!! WEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah, you weren't around back then. well, about half a year ago, I signed up for a domain name package thingy. You get their best hosting package free for 3 years as a promotional deal. well, I went ahead and signed, and then it gave me an ID and password. I can make the password whatever I wanted, but not the ID. it was a jumble of numbers. and when I formatted, I must not have saved it, aven thought I always make sure to save all improtant stuff, I cna never find the right disc. anyway, so I was bumming, and kept forgetting to call them or anything.
