Sometimes it goes real deep and/or gets stuck. Its hard to get out unless it has a vein to get your fingers around and wiggle it free. This is when I usually say fuck it and just leave it in.

This makes me the valid question : why didn't we created some way to create big quantities of human milk...I mean the day I'm going to rule a country or the world this idea is going to be tested along the "kilometer meat" (genetically engineered meat) and the "poor kids giving out organs to get a decent life for them and their family -of course you'll be aware that the rewards will vary depending if you are ready to give out fully to the err.world.
