whilst trying to set up WS_FTP home it asks for certain details such as my isp's ftp address, then my isp username and password, i put it all in but it tells me ....

"The server rejected your login credentials. Retype your username and password and click OK to retry."

so i phoned my isp and they told me that it was correct

any idea ??

mmh did you watched for the uppercase/lowercase (sometimes...)

and default ftp dir maybe is wrongly setted or well in case of collocated domain you usually specify the dns entry and not the IP address, or you specify user@domain.

Otherwise try with another client like leechftp , one if not the best ftp client out there (it's free shit), really fast, multiples uploads/downloads, manages the up/down errors and so on
