I think its the breakdown of the body after stopping abusing steroids or painkillers.I was having dinner with a guy last night and its funny how now the question is not will he break Jacks record but now will he ever win A major again?Fucking huge drop off.

I watched most if his round. He's going to win tournaments but not so sure about another major. He's not the best golfer in the world anymore. His swing is still predicated on swinging like a mad man which can be tough to align if you are off even a little. His putting is also bad at times.Phil wins more majors from here on out.He loves killing tiger.

Its got to be mental. He won the US Open on a broken leg before all this so its not like its injury plus I heard that he's 100% pain free so he can practice as long as he wants. He said his putting let him down after the round on sunday (He missed a couple 4 footers) and that's all mental.

I have money on him not breaking jacks record so I don't want him to get it together but if its not injury that's causing this drop off you'd have to think over time he will get back to winning tournaments when his head clears. There was going to be a natural drop off anyway since he's a human being like the rest of us but he's now facing dudes who arent scared of him anymore and whatever advantage he had on sundays is gone.

Phil treated him like his bitch the final round.Phil's young enough and talented enough to almost eclipse tiger during the back end of their careers.

He is almost at the age where its impossible. Seems like they will be these young guys coming in that remember tiger being dominant and wanting to bust that ass.... all the time he is trying to put his shit together.

Tiger is done.Body is falling apart.I could finish that sentence with "like most steroid users" but I'm too classy for all that.Highlight of the tourney after Bubba sticking that iron through the trees to 10 feet on 18 and almost winning it was the blimp cam following Tiger out of the club parking lot while he drove home.Best use of a blimp at a sporting event ever.It was like AC driving OJ around.

I could use a three year old Rory McIlroy as my swing coach. The way he comes down on the ball is fucking perfect at 3.

He's good but consider he sped up his play just to not bother Kuchar who was in the lead. The difference between 2nd and third place was 600K.His nervous tick routine cost him half of what he's won this year.

Can tiger be consistent for the rest of his career?I think it will be spurts of great play, maybe a major or two tops.

Re: Woods is Changing Things up for the British Open

I'm doing a monday night golf league, 9 hole match play with me and another dude as a team.My handicap to start is a 12(per 9) which is a little high but thats just where they start you when you join the league. Its fucking stressful.Every shot matters. Its like taking a pressure packed foul shot every few minutes.Anyway were in week 4 and the match before memorial day I wanted to murder a dude but had to keep quiet.

This guy is a 20 handicap which is a 40 on 18.That sounded really high to me for a guy who's in a league. So we get out there and I notice this guy has a driver more expensive than my whole bag of clubs.Interesting.I par the first hole and I lose the hole to this guy because he also pars it and I'm giving him a stroke on almost every hole, sometime 2 strokes.Next hole I bogey a long par 5 and he gets a 7 so we push.He shanks a ball into the tree's and I hear him tell his partner he's going to draw the ball around the trees. He then does it and leaves the ball 10 feet from the green.I say out loud how does a 20 handicap know how to draw a ball? They laugh.Funny stuff this cheating. This goes on the whole round and I lose. The way the guy keeps his handicap high is when he knows he's going to lose a hole or the match is over already he takes a 9 or a 10.For real.No shame. His card was 4,7,3,5,4,6,9,10,7.
