I have it, and everything seems to be fine.

I have had no problems with it, the only thing I did have to do was disable the windows firewall because I already use norton.

But if you do use the built in firewall, they tweaked a lot of options on it.

2003...I can't System Scan, it comes up with this error:

Unable to scan because some components are missing. 3019,6

so i followed all the other crap to check it, and it still doesn't work.

Well when you reinstall it uninstalls, then you have to reinstall.

So, yes, you need it.
