This guys a upgrade for as long as he stays with you.The school should be called the UL Stepping Stones.

That'd be an upgrade considering its called "UL retirement" right now.

Oregeron would bring in better players as soon as he gets in. I'm not sure if he is a good coach... but our talent level would rise. I'd expect him to be here no more than 4 years.
