Ok. Get this.

3 tuna fishermen were out fishing in the gulf near the Horizon Deep Water well the day it blew up. So I guess they see the smoke or fire or something and they go to try to help.

Now they are suing BP and all the other companies involved for "emotional distress at what they saw". They said it was terrible and they even saw one guy in the water yelling.

Really guys? As if BP doesn't have enough shit hitting the fan at the moment?
