play around with photoshop/Gimp?

I am using Gimp because it's free...but I was wondering if any of you knew where I could find a free version of photoshop online?? Photoshop has more features than Gimp.

Yes, I have googled it, but those sites that offer it so far have lied.

I'm cheap and don't want to pay for it.

I use Paint.Net and it's basically like Photoshop but free. Not half-bad either. Not sure if it has all the bells and whistles of real Photoshop though.
