that "light" soup and ricecakes could be so yummy? It's not too bad surprisingly.

Who ever thought - BIRD33 - 04-21-2010

I'm a ranch flavor rice cake guy.Could eat a whole bag.

Who ever thought - bam - 04-21-2010

Yeah, there are a couple that aren't bad. Ranch, sour cream & onion (but they get old quick), and white cheddar. I was told to try the caramel ones, but I haven't as of yet.

If you like soup, Campbell's Select Harvest Light Southwestern-Style Vegetable is pretty good.

When I hurt my knee and couldnt exercise I used soup to lose the extra pounds I put on.Got it done quickly.

This reminded me of something I read over the weekend. The guy below was actually a part of a circus freak show in the 1800's because of his weight.Shows how different in size we are now due to the food available.I deal with 4 or 5 guys this big for work every day.

Yeah, soup is a good way to do it. I'm trying to lose the weight I picked up while on the steroids and so far so good.

Yeah, there's too much processed crap out there now. I think a lot of families depend on fast food etc too. I don't think we have that many guys here at work that heavy, but I know there are definitely 2.

mmh industrial food is evil.

I mean seriously look at what's inside this shit more than often salts and sugar that tops your daily needed dose, palm oil -hey did you know that rainforests and orang utans are being killed just to plant stupid palm oil trees ?-

I do prepare all the food personnally. That's my mission for my little one, he eats healthy.

Tonight's dinner :

- salmon
- thuna (mashed with oinons and some baby cheese)
- some pasta (mezze penne rigate finished with some basil and freshly cut tomatoes)
- tomato salad.

otherwise I was thinking :

just do a fucking cell put fatties inside and then just cook for one week. Stockholm's syndrome helping people will even RECOMMEND your clinic once you free them up.

ah Stockholm syndrome...is nailz

Ok getting back on tracks.

It's no use to go back to 1900's to see fit people just watch any original tv show or movie from the 70's alone (like Dirty Harry). Point is that if you don't especially look for the more proeminent people (I mean harry/the fat boss/or whatever else) you'll see that the figuration crowd is pretty slim...

Homemade soups I can see, but have you looked at what else is in canned soup? The sodium is ridiculous. Sure, it's light in calories and/or fat but you have to watch the other stuff too, that shit piles up fast.

Dodsno - definitely agree about making food for the little ones. I make 99.999% of my son's food and it's super healthy.

Who ever thought - bam - 04-22-2010

Who ever thought - Anhil8tor - 04-22-2010

How many pounds you trying to lose bam?

Who ever thought - bam - 04-22-2010

I gained 20 while on the steroids so I'm shooting for all 20. I've lost 8 already so 12 more to go.

oh and light soup =soup with extra water
rice cakes=packing peanuts unless they are flavored

Who ever thought - Anhil8tor - 04-22-2010

Who knew quint was a slump buster?

Who ever thought - bam - 04-22-2010

I never understood why people ordered diet coke when they're as a big as a house and eating a triple cheeseburger (or whatever) as it is

Who ever thought - Anhil8tor - 04-22-2010

diet drinks are worse for you than regular drinks.

I only drink water, tea and beer.
