Some friends and I used to play a drinking game at bars. When a song comes on, first to identify the band yells their name, and "Drink!" Well it got expanded, so we play all the time, even when not drinking. It's just become a game.

Then I said to my girlfriend, "The Killers, Drink!" one day. This promptly led into a series of questions from her 8 year old where I had to explain drinking games ("with milk, of course").

I thought that was the end of it. It isn't. She's started playing, calling bands and yelling "DRINK!" in front of her friends, and other people. So. Yeah. Now it looks like I am teaching an 8 year old how to play drinking games.

She's gonna be popular in college.

That's awesome! If it makes you feel any better, my 4 year old keeps asking how she got here. Once I explain it to her, she then asks how she can go back in? I tell her she can't and she cries. Then she asks how she got out and I said she was cut out and she cries because she says she doesn't want to be cut, so I have to explain every little piece.

I plan on buying something from a Babies R Us on the day any kid of mine is born. Then I am going to keep the receipt. If they ask, I will say "I got you from a store, and I kept the receipt so if you're not good I am going to return you and get a GOOD kid." At which point I can show them the receipt.
