Today's altercation features a guy who I've jawed with before so I'm hoping that means I'm not totally the problem.We roll the first game so the second we get down by one or two and this guy on my team likes to cry when he doesnt like what type of pass you are making.Keep in mind he's blowing open layups but he has a hoosiers type standard of how many passes we need to make.So I bring us down and someone sets a back pick for a guy and I throw the lob and my guy catches it but he's too far under the hoop so he throws kind of a crappy pass through the lane and it gets deflected and theres a scramble for the ball.So this guy who cries is on my left totally not involved in the play and I'm at the top of the three point line and when he see's the pass deflection he starts whining again and doesnt even go for the ball, turns around and gives up on the whole possession.While my guys down low are fighting for the ball he's heading up court and I say "what are you giving up?" and as he's whining to me "we need to pass better" as if thats an excuse to quit on the play the ball gets batted out to me at the top and I bang it down for a 3.I look at him and he's got this shit eating look on his face so I say "Did you like how that play turned out, was that good enough for you?" as we run back on D.So he say's we need to make better passes again and I say you need to stopping quitting on us and crying like a little baby.He tells me to shut the hell up and I tell him he's a little baby again.Team unity at its finest.
