Being a single male in my early thirties with few expenses,no kids,no house debt and an income thats not likely to be hurt by this crisis too bad I kind of see this as an opportunity.A lot of cheap houses will be on the market in a year that I wouldnt even have looked at before hand.

I'm just riding out my stock portfolio.What else can you do.

Don't look now but oil is getting close to $50 a barrel. I think now is a great time to invest in the market. I will be doing so once my IRA is paid up this month.

Is now a great time or is 6 months from now a great time.I'm reading 12 to 18 months before we see a real recovery.

I'm sure its going to bottom out somewhere, but when and where does the market bottom out? I feel like I might as well get in now. I'm only 30.... my money can sit there for 20 years.

The rule has always been to never invest a lot at one time. But scatter it out. If you plan to invest $10,000, then put $1,000 a month in for the next 10 months.

thee also was the 100 rule.
100 minue you age is the % in stocks. i think bogel (old head of vangaurd i believe had this one).

No. The guy takes his age, divides it in half, and then adds 7. To get the age of the girls he should be targeting.

18 year old guy = 9+7=16 year old girl

28 year old guy = 14+7=21 year old girl

38 year old guy = 19+7=26 year old girl
