Yeah, I'm watching it. I'm a little confused about it all right now. This time travel thing is sort of hard to wrap your mind around. But I don't know the dates. I just don't watch it close enough to pick up on all of these minor details that everyone else is picking up on.
I'm still trying to figure out this kid that Kate ends up with that is named Aaron. Did she steal the kid from that blonde chik on the island?
And who are going to be the Oceanic 6? Kate, the doctor, Hurley, Saed, ??

Well, we know four of the six. Kate, Sayeed, Jack, Hurley. The doctor? Don't recall him making it out, but I would suspect Clarie does not, and that's why Kate gets Aaron.

By Dr. I meant Jack. Coudln't think of his name. Okay, I think that somehow Kate must end up with Claire's baby (Aaron), but that doesn't explain why Jack won't even go to her house because of the baby? I just don't get that whole deal. I would think that if Jack is avoiding her because of the baby, that it must be Sawyer's baby.
And did that very last message in that scientists book say that Desmond was the "control"?

I know that Penny told Desmond on the phone that she had been looking for him for 3 years. He had been on the island for about 6 months when the plane crashed, right? I love you.

It might just be that Jack does not want to confront the fact that Claire died. Or maybe, Kate just being a typical women, playing typical mind games and has lead Jack to believe it's Sawyer's kid, when it is actually Aaron.

I'm not sure it was ever discussed how long he had been on the island. If it was, I don't recall it.

Yeah, the last scene last week, that Dr that studies the time travel, starts going page by page back through an old note book and comes to a page that has a big note written on it that says "Desmond is the Control". Or something like that. I guess he was making himself a note for the future so that he could piece all of this together. I love you.

You know, maybe Desmond was there 3 years on the island. I know those guys on the rescue boat said that they tried to get to the island by boat and it was impossible. Some kind of magnetic barrier or something around the island that people can't get past by boat.
But, we know that the lady doctor (forgot name) that was with the Others and now joined up with Jack, came to the island 3 years ago. Maybe when someone comes to the island they have to turn something off to let the boat (sub) in. During that moment, Desmond's boat comes sailing by and slips through the same opening and crashes on the island?

I was pretty sure the plane went down in '04...they weren't stranded for that long (how old is Aaron?) and Jack was talking about not believing the Red Sox won the World Series. They crashed some number of months before October '04, and now it's near xmas.
