1. I found that Mrs Wages pickling mix will the Ball pickle crisp additive makes the best. by my tastes anyway.

i was thinking maybe some tomatoes, garlic, cucumbers and jalepenos...

the problem with mixing them all up like that is that then the sorta loose all their individual flavor. for something like salsa or any kinda sauce that's fine cause you're combining them to make something else. What you're making outta mixing these together, I have no clue.

you can dry the eggplant
