5am to 6am: I'm at the local markets picking out the fish I'll be serving.

6:30 to 7:15am: I'm selecting suitable vegetables of the non-wheelchair-bound variety.

8-9am: Menu-planning

9am-12pm: Napping & bitching at a number of local butchers.

12-2pm: Marinating & prepping side dishes.

2-3pm: Reminding the kitchen staff that there is, in fact, a difference, between a "wedge salad" and the "wedge their salad will feel" if they fuck up.

3-4pm: Wait staff prep, they're pretty cool... Translation: They're professional enough to know that I will beat them with a whole salmon if they bitch too much.

4-15pm: Chopping.

4:15-8pm: Making sure that the other chefs know what they're cooking: If they've timed it wrong, go to the palm test, etc.

8pm-12am: Glad-hand the regulars, have a few drinks, try to get into a waitress' pants.

12:30am: Have sex with waitress, lie and say you might have feeling for her.

12:33am: Yell "FIRE!!!" loud enough to make waitress run out of your condo.

12:34am: Pretend you can't hear someone pounding on your door asking for their clothes.

2:40am: Play "sportsmash" in the IT arcade.
