My buddy Hadlo got busted in Praha for not validating his underground ticket. Had to pay $20, but got about $40 worth of verbal abuse in on the Czech that stopped him. Even though the guy didn't speak English, he knew what was being said--just couldn't translate it. That was pretty fun.
