I was surprised the mock draft had Rondo ahead of Williams. With all the big men going in the first handful of picks, I was hoping the Celtics could grab Williams at 7, but the mock had them taking Rondo.

Williams is the best pure point guard in the draft but Rondo has more upside. It seems every NBA draft is done on upside now..
Its a bad year to need a point guard...
How about Colangelo and the Raptors landing the #1 pick.. I bet he can build another winner...
Also.. New Orleans has two first round picks.. (12 and 15). They drafted a point guard last year so I look for them to go after a center and 3 guard..

If I had a top 10 pick I'd trade it.No guards drafted this year will be better than Brevan Knight.

Looks like Rondo was the right guard to take...Too bad they traded the first pick for freakin Ratliff and Telfair.
