That is a pretty big one, but I've seen them about that size before. Every once in a while, when crappie fishing, I've caught one that size. My dad has a pond beside his house and it is full of bream, and most of them aren't half that big. Those fucks have some sharp fins down the back, huh?

Say, aren't they also called "perch" or is that a different fish? I think we used to call, the little ones bream and the bigger ones perch.

perch is actually a sac-a-lait..

this is a hybrid bream. most of them were this size.. some smaller.. but even the smaller ones were pretty big. I'd guess the biggers pushed 2lbs..

Their meat was very white too.. almost like a perch...

perch = bird food, we throw them on the bank

crappie = good eatin', only spawn in early spring, really only time to catch them unless you're at a private pond

we've got bluegill and white perch. pussy fucks who live in trailers fish for blue gill, they think that shit tastes good. i stomp on bluegill and kill them if i snag one.

white perch are bird food, as stated.

crappie and walleye are the states treasures.

bass are fun, nobody keeps bass unless you smoke crack and fish because you live in a trailer and happen to get invited to a nice lake or pond.

bluegill or any bream is good as long as they are big.. no one wants to fight eating the small ones

Bass are great to eat.. but I usually throw them back..

bass are fun to catch, but thats it. i'd never eat a bass, they get too big.

see channel cat are crap fish here.. mostly inbread fuckers go out there with their two liter bottle of off brand pop and string to catch them..

bass are great to eat.. fried of course..

crappie is the best hands down.

i have never had a walleye though
