Just finished up. BBQ'd for everyone, and the burgers and dogs were money, but the hotlinks were the best. I had the grill churning. Cooked and fed 45 people in hour, all fresh, no frozen (there was a time I actually used to use ground filet mignon to make the burgers, back in the really good days).

Then I gave out the prizes. Everyone was happy! No one wanted to return theirs. I got some grief from a few folks "Hey, I had 5 awards, not 3!". I am sorry, but that is too bad you did not make sure they were posted as they are supposed to be.

I had some vegetarians. I told them I like my food to have a face. A name would be nice too.

They scoffed. I told them watch it, I would barbeque them if I thought they tasted any good.
This led to comments about me wanting to eat them. 2 of them are cute girls. I raised my eyebrows and walked away. HR would not be happy.

I think that you missed the point, next time that a veggie asks you if you want to eat them answer that the meat is coming from employees not having fulfilled their goals in a satisfactory manner.

Imagine the scene, you holding a half cooked hamburger with a stick "charleen and diana meet john from the export dept. john this is charleen and diana. If he hadn't been chopped he would for sure tell you that slacking at work isn't a good idea"
