So I'm reading some notes off of a co-workers drawings....thinking I'll steal a few to keep my typing down to a min. and came across a funny error can you all find it?

REMOVE EXISTING CERAMIC WALL TILE. REMOVE EXISTING MORTAR /
ADHESIVE AND PREPARE EXISTING SURFACES FOR NEW FINISHES.
OR REMOVE EXIST GYP BOARD AND INSTALL NEW MR GYP BOARD.
