i got in the spirit and bought some eggnog today
but i need to go out and buy something with which to spike it
i can't decide, have considered brandy, jack, cheap whiskey, rum, etc

bear in mind, i have consumed zero hard liquor for several mos

what do you suggest i buy for my private egg nog party??

i will send the best suggestion a nice gift from work on friday
we ups stuff all over the country on a daily basis

eggnog

it is a thick milk, egg and spice concoction that is imbibed during the holiday season
useless unless some alcoholic beverage is added

but egg nog begs for brandy, rum or whiskey
or some other grand idea

i got picked up on suspiccion of dui on the way to the liquor store
i had not been drinking
they drove me back to my car after treating me like an arab terrorist
the worst part of the story is that by the time i got back to my car the store was closed

Sorry, Q. I can't abide eggnog, but I think it's always mixed with run. Why not just get some dark Bacardi?

you might have won the prize if you had entered the fray before i left
run is good bit so is rum, as well as whiskey or brandy
i had decided on some nice dark rum
the phukkers made me miss my appointment with inebriation
(in deference to ph, i have done it with vodka, but it is not as good)

the ironic (sup, alanis?) part is, that had i not abstained from drinking for so long i never would have been stopped for dui:

you see, i have not been in a liquor store in over 6 mos, and i have moved in august
in PA, there are only state run stores, and i had no clue where they were
so i got on the intraweb and found the closest one
but it was not there

a beautiful polish bartender gave me directions in halting english, and i went on my way to a store that was much closer to where i live

unfortunately, the cops got involved
if i had been drinking all that time, i would have known where the damn store was and i would have been home drinking rum laced eggnog instead of convincing these societal rejects that i was not drunk or stoned
