They just fired one of our workers, an ex-marine that spent time in Vietnam....
glad I was on his good side ! Anyone have an extra kevlar vest ?
I asked the firing Mgr if he gets a raise for his 1st firing !

The only thing bad about wearing a vest is, the guy is gonna shoot you in the head. In your case, that may be a vast improvement.

He was 3 years from retirement on all kinds of meds for pain. I think it all was over him getting into an arguement with this little fat guy. It was all quiet before I left, I banged on my keyboard and said outloud," GOOGLE INTERNET SEARCH, KEVLAR FLACK JACKET" and than I left looking over my shoulder I swear the little fat guy turned pale !
That shit pisses me off and that guy spoke to me in private about what happened and I told him to hang in there and be cool he had 3 years to go and 4 pensions coming to him, we're good !

yeah the method is quite discutable, anyway he could have been sent in early retirement.
You retire early and some mechanism compensate for the loss of cotisations for the years.
