Yeah, scarecrow is one of the villains, and Ms. Holmes has a rather nipply scene.
Pretty good movie, but I think they changed some things from the first Batman movie...

Haha...no "wham-o" visuals.
It's not giving much away, but they changed (rather significantly) some of the details about Bruce's parents' death. The movie was really cool, but that kind of bothered me.

I really liked it. I was unsure of Christian Bale as Batman, I was afraid I was going to picture him chopping mothers up. But he as great. Katie Holmes was good, although the part was not really a stretch from her personality.
The Scarecrow was really good. The special effects rocked.
